At OffTrack Experience, the safety and health of our team, guests and community are always our first priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this is more true than ever.
In an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we are following guidelines and best practices from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
Masks are required in our facilities and vehicles.
Guests are expected to practice social distancing by keeping 2-meters distance from other guests and guides whenever possible.
Guests are expected to practice excellent hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
Dogsledding clothing and equipment will be disinfected daily.
Our accommodations and restroom facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
If you are feeling unwell, having COVID-19 symptoms, or have a known exposure to COVID-19 during the 10 days prior to your trip, please contact us right away to re-book your trip.
Please be advised that travel to Norway is currently restricted. We recommend using a travel insurance when booking your flights. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the most current travel restrictions and procedures.
